Payment Type Options

For payment we only accept certified financial exchange sites, such as but not limited too PayPal, Direct Debit, Go Cardless, Transfer Wise, Bank Transfer.

Privacy Policy

At Specpixel services, by continuing use of our services or applications, you here by agree to the privacy policy and terms of service by Specpixel Entertainment also including the legal section guidelines within the Outsourcing Program Legal Section page.

Non-disclosure Agreement

At Specpixel services, we maintain all workings as confidential information, the client hereby agrees by working with Specpixel Entertainment PTY LTD, that they
remain under a confidentially agreement. Non-disclosure, confidentiality agreement between SP and it’s clients. By working with SP, you herby agree to this NDA.

Safety Net Policy

The client hereby agrees to the Specpixel Entertainment PTY LTD Safety Net Policy, a policy in that protects Specpixel Entertainment, from any potential unpaid fee's and or upcoming payments, that have been skipped on purpose or by accident. (i) Note that all intellectual rights for any work done by Specpixel Outsourcing, remains Specpixel Entertainment property until the full remainder of the payment has been sent. (ii) Seven days after delivery of the job, refund requests are no longer accepted. (iii) In the event the client fails to pay the final remainder of the job, Specpixel Entertainment PTY LTD reserves the right to sell such work to regain losses from unpaid work. The Client is also expected to understand, that the delivery date and time-frame sent to them, when a brief/job request is submitted, is only a rough estimate of time and not an exact date, we may deliver earlier or latter then the estimated time-frame, depending on multiple factors.

You are hereby understanding and going into agreement with the following refund policy and funds hold policy. Specpixel Entertainment will only commence work once payment has been cleared in our account and or holding accounts, In the event of the funds being placed on hold for any reason it’s on Specpixels decision as to whether we begin work or not. (“Summary: Specpixel Entertainment will only begin work on any contracts once the funds are cleared in our account, to avoid refund scammers.”)

You hereby agree to the following cancellation fee policy: As we are working with virtual development services, we are required to maintain enough funds to pay our developers for any development time spent on your order. This means that if you decide to cancel your order during the first 12 hours of signing a contract with the outsourcing department you will receive 80% of your payment back. If you decide to cancel your order later than (12) hours from the signed contract the decision of amended compensation is at Specpixel Entertainments' executive decision, to ensure we are not at a loss.

You hereby agree that Specpixel Entertainment is not liable for any damages and or claims, we remain professional and ethical with all workings, and you are hereby waiving any right to sue and or make claims against Specpixel for any damages in software code and or further in your workings with us, Specpixel Entertainment will not send you any dangerous code and will work closely with you to assure the provided content/work is safe to use.

You hereby agree to indemnify Specpixel, its staff and owners, for all liability, cost or expense, attorney fees, or any other claim arising from problems with software developed in open source or by a third party and installed on the Client’s workings by The Contractor. Client understands that all software programs have bugs even after completion and testing. The Client agrees to indemnify Specpixel, its staff and owners, for all liability, cost or expense, attorney fees, or any other claim arising from problems with software developed by the Contractor.
