Specpixel Outsourcing has worked on converting the Twinmotion project into Unreal Engine as well as optimizing the project for game-ready use utilising nanite and lumen to enhance visuals and optimisation of the environment.

What is vers3? vers3 is the newly announced metaverse project Powered By Londex. vers3 takes advantage of the latest technology from Epic Games, Unreal Engine 5 to recreate real world university campuses in exquisite detail. True to scale, with real world lighting and dynamic weather to produce a truly engaging experience for remote located students and lecturers. Who are you building this for? The end user will be the student. But the initial concept will be developed with and for universities from around the world. Londex will be dealing directly with these organisations to create a platform for them to digitise their course content. This allows for scalability and automation of course content. Will I be able to experience vers3 myself? Any vers3 campus developed for universities will be specifically for their students and staff. In the future we may see a guided/unguided tour mode integrated into these campuses though. We’d love to share these incredible recreations of some of the world's most spectacular architecture. How is vers3 funded? Initial funding to develop our concept and toolset will come from venture capital partners. The Londex team is currently working with a number of contacts to ensure the long term viability of the entire Londex suite of products, including vers3. Who are you working with? Throughout 2022 we have created partnerships with developers, artists, business experts in the education field and academics to ensure vers3 is being designed in such a way that universities and their students get the most value from the platform. Building the foundation, the visuals and the many gears that turn in the background will take a long time.
